Job Description:
Tenancy Enforcement Specialist
Location: Norwich, Norfolk
Duration: 2 months Initial period
Hours: 09:00am - 16:00pm
Days: Monday to Friday
Pay rate: £20.08 per hour
We are delighted to be supporting our client in the recruitment of a ’Tenancy Enforcement Specialist’ role on a full-time, temporary basis!
Purpose of the role:
*To ensure the effective management of housing stock and neighbourhoods through providing an efficient, effective and customer focused tenancy enforcement service.
Key responsibilities:
*To receive internal and external referrals of high level cases of ASB and to take appropriate steps to resolve these cases within policies and procedures.
*Provide training, support, and advice to other members of staff for low level tenancy breaches and ASB.
*To draft appropriate legal notices in respect of enforcement action.
*To draft witness statements on behalf of victims and to represent when required.
*To produce statistics relating to ASB casework and KPI’s on a monthly basis.
*To work closely with other organisations involved in tackling issues of anti-social behaviour.
Key person specification:
*Minimum of 5 GCSE’s, grade C or above, or equivalent, to include Maths and English Language.
*To possess a high level of interpersonal skills.
*Ability to use IT systems effectively, including MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook.
*Full Driving Licence
*Possess and demonstrates a high level of knowledge of legislation, current issues and good practice in relation to Anti-Social Behaviour.
