Description
*Process and code invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
*Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
*Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
*Assist in the preparation of payment runs and ensure compliance with company policies.
*Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to address and resolve queries.
*Support month-end closing activities by preparing relevant reports.
*Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company standards.
*Provide assistance with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required by the Accounting & Finance team.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable professional should have:
*A strong understanding of accounts payable processes and practices.
*Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
*Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
*The ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
