Here at GXO Lichfield we are recruiting for a Transport Fleet Administrator to join our ever-growing Transport Team. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, on a Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00 shift pattern.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £27,436.50 and receive 31 days annual leave. What you’ll do on a typical day:


*Work within our Transport department and report directly to the transport team manager
*Manage daily validation of Transport VOR/ Service schedules
*Be responsible for keeping records and compliance for company vehicles
*Key duties include – database management, maintenance scheduling and general administrative tasks
*Manage fleet compliance, raise defect issues


What will you bring?


*Previous experience in logistics or Transport fleet admin
*Strong MS Office skills
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills
*Ability to manage high volumes of data and able to meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
