Marketing Executive – Wine & Events
London - 3 days office, 2 home


We are currently recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join a well-established and highly regarded business within the wine industry. This is a broad and varied role offering the opportunity to work across consumer, trade and events marketing, with real scope to make an impact.


This position would suit a confident, creative and commercially minded marketer who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives on delivering engaging, high-quality campaigns across multiple channels.


The Role:


You will play a key role in delivering day-to-day marketing activity, ensuring campaigns, products and events are communicated effectively across all platforms.


Key responsibilities include:
*Planning and executing seasonal campaigns, promotions and product-led activity
*Creating engaging content across email, website, social media, PR and print
*Managing CRM systems, customer segmentation and e-shot campaigns
*Maintaining website content, product listings and digital assets
*Supporting paid digital campaigns (Google Ads & Meta) alongside agencies
*Monitoring performance metrics and producing campaign reports
*Coordinating marketing materials such as brochures, price lists and tasting collateral
*Supporting events marketing, including promotions, communications and content capture
*Managing and maintaining accurate product and portfolio data across systems


?About You
*Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a marketing role
*Experience within the wine or drinks industry is highly desirable
*WSET Level 3 (or working towards) is advantageous
*Strong copywriting and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail
*Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
*Confident working cross-functionally and with external partners
*Good understanding of digital marketing, including Google Ads and Meta Ads
*Comfortable analysing performance data (CTR, CPC, conversions, ROAS)
*A strong commercial mindset with the ability to communicate to both B2C and B2B audiences
