About the RoleWe are partnering with a large, high-performing secondary school in Salford to recruit a passionate and dedicated PE Teacher for a September 2026 start.
This is an excellent opportunity for both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced educators to join a supportive and forward-thinking department committed to promoting physical activity, teamwork, and student wellbeing.
Key ResponsibilitiesAs a PE Teacher, you will:
*Deliver engaging and effective Physical Education lessons across Key Stage 3 and GCSE
*Plan, prepare, and assess student performance in line with curriculum expectations
*Encourage participation and promote healthy, active lifestyles
*Differentiate activities to support students of varying abilities
*Monitor and track pupil progress, providing constructive feedback
*Contribute to extracurricular sports and wider school activities
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and learning

RequirementsTo be considered, you must have:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*Experience teaching PE up to GCSE level
*A strong commitment to high-quality teaching and student engagement
