Head of Digital Sales | High-Growth Opportunity
Hybrid work
Package: £100k-£110k + Commission + Bonus
I’m looking for a Head of Digital Sales to lead and transform a multi-channel sales function in a fast-scaling, product-led business.
This is a high-impact, player-manager role with a clear path to Sales Director - ideal for someone who thrives on building teams, driving revenue, and modernising sales operations.
What you’ll be doing:
*Leading and developing field + regional sales teams
*Driving growth across B2B & B2C channels
*Owning the full commercial cycle end-to-end
*Using CRM/data to improve performance and conversion
*Partnering with marketing to maximise pipeline
*Identifying new markets and revenue streams
What we’re looking for:
*Proven B2B sales leadership (field + telesales teams)
*Track record of delivering serious revenue growth
*Experience in FMCG / product-led environments (ideal)
*Strong commercial mindset + data-driven approach
*Hands-on leader who leads from the front
