Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
*Assemble cabinets, drawers, and carcasses ensuring square, level, and robust construction
*Fit hinges, drawer runners, and other hardware according to specifications
*Ensure units are ready for spraying/finishing or installation
*Inspect your own work and completed units for accuracy, finish quality, and compliance with drawings
*Identify and correct defects, misalignments, or construction errors
*Work closely with QC and Production teams to maintain high-quality standards
*Collaborate with Production, Technical, and Finishing teams to ensure smooth workflow
*Escalate design or manufacturing issues promptly
*Support other areas and functions of the manufacturing process when necessary.
*Accurately measure, cut, shape, and assemble components using hand tools, machinery, and jigs
