Job Description:
The Company
Our client is a market leading engineering/manufacturing company, they are now recruiting for a HR Business Partner.
The Role
*Working with department leaders to drive initiatives that support business goals.
*Overseeing succession planning, talent development and workforce planning.
*Coaching senior managers on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
*Supporting the business in navigating organizational changes and transformations.
*Using workforce data to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
*Fostering a positive work culture and ensuring high employee morale.
The Person
*Must have previous HR experience ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background.
*Proven experience with complex employee relation issues.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Excellent I.T. Skills-Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint etc
*Ideally hold a CIPD level 5 qualification.
