EA to Founder

My client, a boutique asset management firm, is seeking a proactive and highly capable Executive Assistant to support the Founder in a true 1:1 capacity.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys acting as a trusted right hand, with the ability to anticipate needs and add real value at a senior level.

Location: London, West End
Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm (with some flexibility required outside hours)
Salary: £70,000
Working Pattern: Predominantly office-based

Who You Are:*Proven experience supporting at 1:1 level within a similar, high-performance environment
*A proactive, "can-do" approach with a natural ability to anticipate needs
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills
*Exceptionally organised with impeccable attention to detail
*Calm and adaptable under pressure
*High levels of integrity and discretion
What You’ll Do:*Manage a complex and ever-changing diary across multiple time zones
*Coordinate meetings, including materials and logistics
*Organise international travel end-to-end, often at short notice
*Act as a key liaison for internal and external stakeholders
*Support the smooth running of the office environment
*Assist with suppliers, facilities, and workplace standards
*Provide ad hoc support across operations, meetings, and events
*Offer light-touch personal support where required
