A great opportunity for a highly capable EA to support at the CSuite level within a fast-paced environment. This is a dynamic, and varied role blending high-level executive support with some private PA responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be discreet, forward-thinking, and super organised, with demonstrated experience in a similar setting.

Responsibilities
*Manage a complex calendar, inbox, travel, and expenses.
*Prepare briefing materials, agendas, and research for meetings.
*Support deal processes, pipeline tracking, and portfolio communications.
*Maintain CRM data and handle confidential information with discretion.
*Ad hoc private support as needed.
Requirements
*3+ years supporting a senior level in a fast-paced environment.
*Finance, VC, or start up experience is highly desirable.
*French language skills highly desirable.
*Strong attention to detail, high EQ, and a proactive and collaborative mindset.
*Resilient, composed, able to make an impact with minimal oversight, and able to juggle conflicting priorities.
*Demonstrated longevity in prior roles.
