Job Description:
The French Speaking Customer Support & Export Coordinator will play a key role in providing exceptional service to clients within the industrial/manufacturing industry. This role is based in Leeds and involves handling export operations while ensuring effective communication with French-speaking customers.

Description
*Oversee the end-to-end export order process, from initial receipt through to final dispatch, ensuring precision and regulatory compliance throughout.
*Compile and manage all necessary export documentation.
*Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers to organise international shipments in accordance with Incoterms, customs regulations, and client specifications.
*Maintain clear and professional communication with international customers at every stage of the order lifecycle.
*Work closely with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and logistics partners to ensure efficient and seamless export order management.
*Generate and evaluate export-related reports, forecasts, and data using Excel and internal systems.
Profile
A successful French Speaking Customer Support & Export Coordinator should have:
*Fluency in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Experience within the industrial/manufacturing sector or a similar environment.
*Knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.
*A proactive and organised approach to managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
*Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
*A customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
*Prior administrative experience, preferably involving order entry or order processing.
*Experience with SAP or Salesforce systems.
