Senior Legal PA - Finance Practice Group - London - £55,000
We are seeking an experienced Legal PA to provide high-level support to senior lawyers within a Finance Practice Group in a leading London law firm. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised professional with proven experience in financial legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:
*Provide dedicated support to senior finance lawyers and partners
*Manage complex diaries, travel arrangements, and client communications
*Draft, proofread, and format legal documents, contracts, and finance-related reports
*Coordinate internal and external meetings, including large-scale finance transactions
*Maintain accurate and compliant filing and document management systems
*Liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders with professionalism
Essential Requirements:
*Extensive experience as a Legal PA, specifically supporting a Finance Practice Group or senior finance lawyers
*Strong understanding of finance legal terminology, transactions, and procedures
*Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
*High level of discretion and confidentiality
Salary: £55,000 per annum
