Key Responsibilities:As Operations Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering high standards across multiple sites in Bristol:
*Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a multi-site contract, ensuring compliance and performance
*Manage budgets, financial performance, and long-term planning
*Lead, support, and develop site-based teams and supervisors
*Ensure health & safety and statutory requirements are consistently met
*Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
*Monitor KPIs and SLAs, driving continuous improvement across services
*Manage suppliers and subcontractors to maintain service quality
*Lead regular performance reviews and operational meetings
What we’re looking for:To succeed as an Operations Manager in Bristol, you’ll bring:
*Proven experience as an operations manager within a PFI or similar environment
*Strong leadership skills, managing teams across multiple locations
*Experience overseeing budgets and delivering against financial targets
*A technical or FM qualification (such as IWFM or NEBOSH preferred)
*Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
*A proactive, organised approach with a focus on service delivery
*Ability to travel between sites as required
