Our Client are looking for an experienced Day Concierge to join their team at a luxury estate based in Richmond.


Working 4 on 4 off, with the hours of 7am - 7pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch.


Salary is £27,500 annually (£13.74 per hour)


Other responsibilities include:
*To greet residents and visitors in a welcoming manner and conduct any security or identity checks.
*To direct individuals to where they need to go and / or be.
*Confidently act as main point of contact at the front desk to all incoming residents, visitors and contractors at all times.
*Respond to phone and email enquiries in a timely and respectful manner.
*Manage resident bookings and access to amenity spaces.
*Acting as a first point of contact for queries and complaints.
*Assist with resident deliveries, key management, customer queries and service requests.
*Familiarity with the building, history and location to be able to impart knowledge and provide directions and recommendations.
*Overseeing the safe keeping of the building keys to allow access for maintenance and repairs when necessary.
*Patrol of the building to ensure that it is in good working order.
*Contributing to the maintenance of the building, reporting faults or damage to fixtures and fittings.
*Liaise with drivers, cleaning and maintenance staff to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
*Ensure that resident and guest spaces and the lobby areas are clean and tidy at all times.
*Always ensure effective security within the development, including the manning of CCTV.
*Dealing with lost property and locating missing items.
*Act as a liaison between residents and any department.
*Maintain inventory of supplies and order new stock as needed.
*To cover for the Driver in an emergency.
*Provide thorough handovers for all colleagues.
