Job Description:
Reed Recruitment are partnering with a luxury publishing business based in Blackpool to recruit Appointment Setters to join their established sales team.
Creating high-end magazines that feature in 5* hotels, real estate offices such as The Oppenheim Group (as seen on "Selling Sunset") and on private jets, this incredible business has been established for almost a decade and are continuing to grow. Based in their stunning offices; you’ll be surrounded by like-minded, passionate, professional and motivated people, with plenty of room and encouragement to succeed and progress.
As an Appointment Setter you’ll be…
• Contacting businesses in America to give them the opportunity to promote their products or services through advertisements in the magazine. #
(Typical advertisers include luxury jewellers, fine dining establishments, top tier real estate and hotels)
• With a strong focus on quality over quantity, you’ll be expected to spend approximately an hour and a half on the phone booking 2-3 appointments a day for a sales executive to attend and close.
And… you’ll have a dedicated team source and provide you with leads to contact, so your time is spent making commission!
Hours (in line with the USA)
Monday to Thursday 2pm -10pm or 3pm-11pm (rota) and Friday 10am – 6pm (35 hour working week)
Pay – Weekly!
First 4 weeks training wage
£600 per week basic
2.5% commission
4 weeks onwards
£450 - £500 per week basic (depending upon experience)
5% commission
With bonus, you can expect to earn £40,000 - £50,000 per annum with top performers earning closer to £70,000! Commission is uncapped so your earning potential is limitless, and you can be earning commission within your first few weeks!
