Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to join a growing, dynamic, and ambitious housebuilder. KC Group are working with a leading housebuilder who have a new requirement for a Management Accountant to join their growing team.

What You’ll Be Doing:
*Preparing monthly management accounts, including profit & loss and balance sheet
*Analysing and interpreting financial data to provide key insights
*Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
*Managing month-end and year-end financial close processes
*Supporting annual financial statements and audits
*Identifying opportunities to improve financial processes and controls
*Managing the fixed asset register and capital expenditure tracking
Requirements:
*Proven experience in management accounting (construction experience desirable)
*Strong knowledge of financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
*Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Xero, Sage, COINS OA preferred)Advanced Excel skills and a strong eye for detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
*Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to liaise with senior management
