This Commercial Property Lawyer position offers the chance to work on a diverse portfolio of high-value transactions, supporting experienced fee earners within a busy and growing department.
*Work within a well-established commercial property team
*Support on acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
*Exposure to development sites, industrial units and retail premises
*Assist with leases, renewals, licensing, sub-letting and assignments
*Be part of a team preparing for significant new acquisitions
What we are looking for
The ideal Commercial Property Lawyer will be driven, collaborative and eager to develop within a supportive environment.
*Minimum 3 years’ commercial property experience (5 years ideal)
*Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions
*Ability to work effectively within a team environment
*Organised with excellent attention to detail
