The Lead In-house Commercial Property Counsel will be:
*Leading and developing the in-house legal function
*Advising on complex commercial property matters
*Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
*Comfortable working with large land acquisitions
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk
Profile
The Lead In-house Commercial Property Counsel should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 7+ years PQE
*Experienced in commercial property law
*Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
*Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
*Interested in building and shaping a legal function
