The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel will be:
*Leading and developing the in-house legal conveyancing function
*Advising on multiple residential conveyancing matters - roughly 1000 a year
*Supporting strategic projects and business growth initiatives
*Advising on shared ownership, new builds, RTB and RTA, asset disposals and more
*Partnering with senior stakeholders to manage legal risk
Profile
The Lead In-house Conveyancing Counsel should be:
*A solicitor or equivalent with 5+ years PQE
*Experienced in conveyancing law
*Comfortable operating in a senior, strategic role
*Proven in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
*Interested in building and shaping a legal function
