Job Description:
Property Finance Accountant
£45,000 - £50,000 | Hybrid (4 days on site)
This one’s a bit different.
You’re not just churning out month end. This sits in group finance but leans heavily into the property side of the business, working closely with the Financial Controller and getting into the detail that actually drives decisions.
Supporting budgets and forecasts across multiple sites
What you’ll be doing
• Owning the numbers across a large property portfolio
• Reviewing lease agreements and getting clear on key terms, risks and exit points
• Keeping a close eye on rent, service charges and wider occupancy costs
• Spotting issues early and flagging where costs don’t look right
• Building solid Excel analysis that people actually use
What they’re looking for
• Part qualified, fully qualified or qualified by experience
• Strong Excel, comfortable working with data and pulling it apart
• Someone organised who naturally keeps on top of things
• Interest in contracts, leases and how sites actually operate
• Happy getting into the detail, asking questions and challenging where needed
• Not fazed by a bit of ambiguity, can figure things out without being spoon fed
Other benefits
• 5% pension
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Life assurance
If this sounds like your kind of role, apply with an up to date CV and I’ll come back to you.
