Reed Accountancy are recruiting for a Credit Controller for a Coventry based business.
This role is part time – three days per week and offering a very attractive salary of between £18 and £20 per hour.
Main responsibilities
*Proactively chase outstanding payments via phone and email.
*Manage and maintain the sales ledger, ensuring accurate allocation of receipts.
*Reduce aged debt and meet monthly cash collection targets.
*Build and maintain positive working relationships with customers.
*Resolve invoice disputes.
*Provide customers with copy invoices, statements, and supporting documentation as required.
*Prepare weekly debtor reports.
*Escalate problem accounts following company procedures.
*Record all communication and maintain accurate notes.
*This role is a 3-month fixed term contract – may be a little longer.

Salary is circa £40,000 FTE pro rata PART TIME 3 days per week – office based.
