Job Requirements of this Teaching Assistant Job in Kings Heath
*Minimum 6 months UK experience in a Primary school
*Strong classroom and behaviour management
*Confident and supporting with learning and behaviour
*Enhanced Child or Child and Adult DBS on the Update service (or willingness to obtain one)
*SEN Experience desirable
Role responsibilities:
*Maintain a safe, positive and productive classroom
*Work collaboratively with Teachers, support staff and SEN teams
*Follow school policies and expectations
*Working with pupils in class, small groups and 1:1
*Working across Key stag 1 and Key stage 2
