Team Manager
Location: Reading
Salary: Circa £35K (DOE)
Type: Monday to Friday, 37.5 Hours Per Week, Future Hybrid working post probation completion.
Our financial services client is expanding their leadership team and has an exciting opportunity for experienced Team Leaders and Managers to join their growing company.
This is your chance to inspire, motivate, and coach a team to success, empowering them to deliver exceptional customer service.
Your role will involve:
*Leading and inspiring a mid sized high-performing team.
*Coaching and mentoring team members for growth and development.
*Open communication and alignment with business and personal goals.
*Resolve challenges to improve efficiency and customer experience.
*Track data and analytics to make informed decisions in accordance to KPI’s.
*Develop training plans to maintain skill alignment.
*Innovation and service excellence.
*Delegate incoming work to relevant team members.
Your Experience:
*Managerial experience, ideally in a contact centre, financial or customer operations setting.
*Passion for problem-solving, decision-making, and team impact.
*Strong time management and organisational skills.
*Excellent written and verbal communication to engage and motivate.
*Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a willingness to learn new systems.
*Commitment to team growth and outstanding customer experience.
