A highly regarded school in Reading is seeking a proactive Behaviour Mentor to join their dedicated pastoral team. The successful Behaviour Mentor will play a key role in supporting pupils who need additional guidance, helping them to stay engaged in learning and develop positive behaviours across the school day.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Behaviour Mentor to make a meaningful difference while building strong connections with pupils, staff, and families, contributing to a nurturing and inclusive environment.
Key responsibilities:
*Deliver targeted interventions as a Behaviour Mentor to support pupils with behavioural needs
*Apply effective behaviour management strategies and individual support plans
*Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure consistent support
*Encourage positive behaviour and promote emotional wellbeing
