Senior / Associate Building Surveyor - Manchester
£55,000 to £75,000 + Bonus + Benefits
I’m working on a confidential instruction with a growing multi disciplinary consultancy in Manchester looking to appoint a Chartered Senior or Associate Building Surveyor.
This is a key hire into an established but expanding office, with a strong pipeline of work and clear growth plans.
The role offers a broad mix of project and professional work, currently including:
*Facade remediation projects
*Fire related instructions
*Defect diagnosis
*Condition surveys
*Wider commercial and residential Building Surveying work
You would be joining a collaborative team and stepping into a position where you can:
*Take ownership of projects
*Support and mentor junior surveyors
*Play a visible role in the growth of the Manchester office
The business itself has built a strong reputation across the built environment, particularly within complex and high risk buildings, and offers a genuinely supportive and progressive culture.
It’s less corporate than some of the larger consultancies, with a focus on:
