Full-time | Temporary | Immediate Start

I am working with a school in Nottingham that is seeking a proactive and reliable Premises Officer on a temporary, full-time basis.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
*Keeping the school clean, safe and well-trained through basic repairs, site checks and general upkeep
*Opening and securing the building, including setting and unsetting alarms
*Monitoring cleaning standards and supporting the cleaning team where needed
*Carrying out routine safety checks and completing simple maintenance records
*Managing stock, ordering supplies and ensuring equipment is stored safely
*Supporting with lettings, events and day-to-day site operations
*Liaising with external contractors and assisting with small on-site projects

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
*Previous school-based experience in a premises, caretaking or maintenance role
*An Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
*Someone organised, dependable and able to work safely at all times
*Good level of literacy and numeracy
*A calm, reliable approach and the ability to multitask confidently
