Project Support Officer – SEND Transformation Programme
Full-time and Part-time Available | £268 PD Umbrella
Hybrid working | 1–2 days per week in the office (Slough)

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Project Support Officer to join our ambitious SEND Transformation Programme. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in delivering meaningful improvements for children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities.

You’ll be supporting a high-impact programme, helping ensure projects run smoothly, stakeholders stay engaged, and data drives better decision-making.
The Role

Your responsibilities will include:
*Maintaining and updating project documentation
*Tracking actions, risks, and milestones
*Coordinating workshops and stakeholder events
*Taking accurate minutes and following up on key actions
*Supporting reporting and communication across teams
*Managing your workload independently and proactively
What We’re Looking For
*Experience supporting projects or programmes (PMO, coordination, or admin support)
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*Ability to work independently and use initiative
*Experience working with stakeholders across teams
*Strong data skills – able to analyse, interpret, and present data clearly
*Proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Desirable:
*Experience within a SEND, education, or local authority environment
