Primary Teachers – Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities
Location: Dorset (Bournemouth, Poole & Christchurch)
Start Date: September 2026
We are excited to be working with a number of fantastic primary schools across Dorset who are beginning to recruit for September start dates. We currently have a growing number of long-term, full-time positions, as well as flexible part-time roles, offering excellent opportunities for talented Primary Teachers seeking their next role.

The Roles
Our partner schools are looking for committed and enthusiastic teachers across EYFS, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2. These roles vary from full class teacher responsibilities in long-term placements to part-time teaching roles that offer greater flexibility and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
*Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
*Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
*Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
*Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all learners
*Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
*Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
About You
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
*A passion for inspiring and supporting young learners
*Strong classroom management skills
*Adaptable, reliable, and committed
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply
