Cameron James Professional Recruitment is delighted to partner with a highly successful mortgage brokerage in Essex to recruit an experienced Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker.
This role offers a true hybrid working model, splitting time between a busy estate agency branch in Stanford, Essex (2–3 days) and a well-established office in Canvey Island (1–2 days).
With strong lead generation, introducer relationships, and full admin support, this role provides genuine high earnings and long-term career stability.


The Role – Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker
Working as a Hybrid Mortgage Advisor / Hybrid Mortgage Broker, you will:
*Receive 40+ qualified leads per month (no cold calling)
*Work closely with estate agency teams to maximise conversions
*Handle 2–3 mortgage cases per week
*Deliver whole-of-market mortgage and protection advice
*Build strong introducer relationships
*Manage a pipeline to drive consistent high earnings

Requirements
*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Minimum 6 months mortgage advising experience
*Strong knowledge of mortgages and protection
*Target-driven and professional
*Full UK driving licence
