The RoleAs a Graduate Town Planner, you’ll support senior planners in delivering high-quality planning advice and applications. You’ll be involved in projects from early-stage feasibility through to submission and negotiation.
Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals
*Conducting site appraisals and planning research
*Supporting the preparation of planning statements and reports
*Liaising with local authorities, clients, and stakeholders
*Monitoring planning policy and legislative changes
About You*A degree (or postgraduate qualification) in Town Planning or a related discipline
*Working towards (or interest in pursuing) MRTPI accreditation
*Strong written and verbal communication skills
*A proactive and detail-oriented approach
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
