Multi-Site Facilities CaretakerSalary: £27,000 per year
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-4pm (Permanent, Full-Time)
Location: Invicta Building & Estate
Are you hands-on, proactive and great at keeping things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Multi-Site Facilities Caretaker to take pride in maintaining the Invicta building and surrounding estate, ensuring it stays clean, safe, secure and well-presented every single day.
This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys being active, solving problems and working independently. If you like a job where no two days are the same, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Be DoingDaily & General Duties
*Carry out full building walkarounds, removing rubbish and reporting any issues.
*Check and maintain front doors, fire doors, garage gates and locks (reset where possible).
*Keep foyers, lifts and communal areas tidy and presentable.
*Deliver parcels safely to the front of residents’ flats.
*Maintain clean and tidy bin stores across Cores A, B & C.
*Weeding, de-mossing and general outdoor upkeep.
*Touch up scuff marks using correct paint colours.
*Jet-wash acco drains weekly (winter) and quarterly (spring/summer).
*Jet-wash bin areas every two weeks.
Additional Weekly Tasks
*Minor repairs, maintenance and odd jobs.
*Water exterior planters (season-dependent).
*Keep underground car park, drains and guttering clear.
*Maintain flat roofs, removing debris and bird mess.
*Look after the Estate Office, keys, CCTV and property access.
Monthly Duties
*Wash ACO drainage systems and solar panels.
*Monitor tree planter cracks and drainage pipe condition.
What We’re Looking For*Someone reliable, practical and able to work independently.
*A good communicator who can report issues clearly.
*Someone physically fit and happy with an active, hands-on role.
*A friendly, hardworking person who takes pride in their work.
