Salary: £38,000 + Van & Fuel Card

We’re looking for a skilled Multi Trader to join our growing team, working across occupied social housing covering a large area within the M25, so the candidate must be happy travelling.
If you enjoy variety, independence, and getting stuck into hands-on work where no two days are the same - this role ticks all the boxes.
You’ll be working in real homes, making a real difference, while being backed by a supportive team that values quality and reliability.
What you’ll be doing
*Carrying out a wide range of trade work across multiple properties
*Delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance safely and efficiently
*Managing your own workload day-to-day
*Providing a professional, customer-focused service in occupied homes
What we are looking for
*Proven experience as a Multi Trader (or similar role)
*A proactive, reliable attitude with strong attention to detail
*Confidence working across multiple trades
*Solid time management and problem-solving skills
*Willingness to travel across London and surrounding areas
