Real Estate Associate - Investment & Development | Manchester
A leading, international law firm with a top-tier Real Estate practice is seeking a Real Estate Associate (NQ-5 PQE) to join its growing Manchester team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad mix of investment and development matters, including large-scale regeneration schemes, strategic land projects, and high-value commercial and residential transactions. The team is highly regarded in the market and advises a diverse client base spanning private and public sectors.
The Role:
*Advising on acquisitions, disposals, and asset management work
*Supporting complex development and regeneration projects
*Working on joint ventures, portfolio transactions, and strategic land matters
*Involvement in Real Estate finance and cross-practice collaboration
*Managing your own matters with appropriate supervision (level dependent)
The Candidate:
*NQ-5 years’ PQE with real estate experience
*Strong technical grounding with commercial awareness
*Proactive, collaborative, and confident managing workload
*Excellent communication and client-facing skills
