Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Operations Manager who comes from a Finance background with compliance knowledge. This role is for a small Finance company in the City and offers a positive working environment. Benefits of this position include a bonus a well as a flexible hybrid work policy. Also gym and medical insurance is offered. The hours are and will pay up to 55k depending on experience. This is a permanent role and will suit someone immediate or on one months notice.
Assist with the production of Management and Company Accounts
Monthly payroll Introducer Payments
Company bank reconciliation
Manage the third-party tech stack Regulation & Compliance
Maintain Appointed Representative compliance
Liaise with staff to ensure the firm is compliant
HR duties including Admin
The person
5+ years in an operations or Senior Admin role within a regulated business •
Demonstrable track record of managing a small-to-medium-sized teams •
A degree-level education
