Salary: M1 - UPS3
Are you a passionate Year 3 Teacher looking for an exciting new role starting Easter 2026?
Do you bring KS1 experience and feel confident stepping into a KS2 classroom as a Year 3 Teacher?
A well-respected primary school in Reading is seeking to appoint a dynamic Year 3 Teacher to join their KS2 team from Easter 2026. In this role, the successful Year 3 Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons, drive pupil progress, and ensure high-quality teaching aligned with the KS2 National Curriculum.
This position also provides opportunities for career progression, including potential TLR responsibilities for candidates keen to contribute beyond the classroom.
Key requirements:
*Experience working as a primary school Year 3 Teacher
*Strong behaviour management and organisational abilities
*A genuine commitment to pupil growth and achievement
*Interest in wider school involvement (TLR available)
