We’re partnering with a growing agency business to appoint a Financial Controller. This is a newly created role following a period of internal transformation, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced Finance Manager ready to step into a broader, more strategic position.
Operating within a fast-paced commercial environment, the business works with a portfolio of well-known brands and continues to evolve its structure to support future growth. They are now looking for a hands-on and commercially aware finance leader to play a key role in that journey.
The Role
Reporting into senior leadership, you’ll take ownership of core financial operations while supporting consistency, improving processes, and partnering with stakeholders across the business.

*Supporting group-level reporting, including consolidations across multiple entities
*Acting as a finance partner to senior stakeholders, providing insight and maintaining strong financial controls
*Leading, mentoring, and developing a small finance team through a period of change
*Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve ways of working across the business
*Maintaining oversight of balance sheet integrity, including reconciliations and review processes
*Building effective relationships across the organisation as a key point of contact for finance

*Experience with group consolidations and multi-entity reporting
*Commercially aware, able to provide insight and influence decision-making across the business
*Background in industry essential; practice experience is also desired
