Job Description:
Head of Paraplanning - Basic to £95,000 + KPI Bonus, Benefits, Flexi & Hybrid working.
A high quality and award winning Chartered Financial Planning Practice is looking for a Head of Paraplanning to join their business.
This senior role will be working alongside the Senior Management team with key responsibility for managing the established and high quality Technical Support team whilst supporting the Financial Planners, Clients and the business.
Duties will include full team and staff management, provision of technical expertise to all Financial Planning areas, technical process control and management, technical support and project management.
Dedicated Financial Planning based PP / Technical Team Management experience is required, along with Chartered status and excellent technical knowledge.
