Residential Surveyor | Take Ownership of a Growing Service
Newcastle / North East
Looking for more than just a steady flow of HomeBuyer reports? This is an opportunity to step into a role where you can actually shape something and grow with it.
I’m working with a well-established surveying and property business with a strong presence across the North East. They have a consistent pipeline of work and are now investing in building out their Home Buyer offering.
This is a key hire, not a backfill.
The role
*Carry out Level 2 and Level 3 HomeBuyer surveys
*Undertake residential valuations for private and lending clients
*Manage your own workload across the North East
*Build relationships with clients and internal teams
*Get involved in growing and developing the service
What they’re looking for
*MRICS or AssocRICS Surveyor
*Experience with HomeBuyer surveys (Level 2 and 3)
*Valuation experience, ideally Registered Valuer is highly advantageous
*Strong understanding of the residential market
*Someone proactive who wants more responsibility and progression
