Dawn Ellmore Employment is looking for a skilled and organised Legal Secretary to join a busy Intellectual Property Trade Mark team. In this role, you will work closely with Solicitors to ensure the smooth running of daily operations in a fast-paced environment. Experience supporting Solicitors in IP (Trade Mark) litigation is essential.
Key responsibilities include managing case files and records, monitoring diaries and deadlines, preparing correspondence and formal documents, and handling various administrative tasks. You will also assist with billing and expenses, as well as coordinating meetings and travel as needed.
