Funds Paralegal (Legal Technologist)Fully Remote or central office | Permanent | Legal Tech start-Up

Responsibilities*Act as a key point of contact for client legal and innovation teams
*Prepare analytics reports and distill complex platform insights into clear summaries
*Draft and distribute product release notes to clients and internal stakeholders
*Support the internal legal team with commercial contracts and corporate matters
*Participate in team meetings, product showcases, and training sessions
Requirements*Strong experience working with private investment funds, particularly MFNs and side letters
*A genuine interest in how technology can streamline and elevate legal workflows
*Excellent organisation and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
*Confidence and charisma when collaborating with both lawyers and developers
*Curiosity, adaptability, and a desire to grow with a scaling company
