Graduate Teacher Training Programme – Full-Time
Location: Secondary School in Wigan
Start Date: September 2026
Pay: £90–£110 per day (paid weekly)

Teaching Personnel is delighted to offer a full-time Teacher Training Programme at one of our partnered Secondary Schools in Wigan, beginning September 2026.
About the Programme
This is the ideal opportunity for enthusiastic graduates who are passionate about working with young people and aspiring to become fully qualified secondary school teachers. Throughout the programme, you will receive:
*Full-time placement within a supportive secondary school setting
*Weekly pay between £90 and £110, depending on experience
*Structured training delivered by experienced education professionals
*Ongoing mentoring and development to prepare you for teacher training
*The opportunity to progress onto a school-based teacher training route
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting classroom teaching across various subjects
*Leading small group interventions and supporting pupils with additional needs
*Assisting with planning and delivering lessons
*Gaining hands-on experience in behaviour management and differentiation
*Becoming an integral part of the school community

*A degree (or pending graduation by Summer 2026)
*A strong interest in teaching as a long-term career
*Confident communicators with a positive, proactive attitude
*Individuals who can commit to full-time, term-time work from September 2026
