SEN Cover Supervisor

Tradewind Recruitment is a people-focused education agency, working closely with specialist SEN provisions across the South West. Due to growing demand, we are recruiting SEN Cover Supervisors to join our supply team, offering flexible, day-to-day work as well as longer-term opportunities.
The Role
*Deliver pre-prepared lessons to small groups (KS1 - Post-16)
*Maintain a calm, structured learning environment
*Support pupils with ASD, SEMH, communication and learning needs
*Work closely with teaching and support staff
*Adapt activities and behaviour strategies to meet individual needs
*Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
Pupil Profile
Pupils may present with communication barriers, emotional regulation difficulties, sensory needs, and developmental delays. Some may display challenging behaviour, requiring a calm, consistent approach.

The Ideal Candidate
*Experience working with children or young people with SEN
*Confidence supervising classes using pre-set work
