Digital Workplace Product Owner - Leeds (Hybrid) - c£80K


Nigel Frank are working with a leading organisation that is looking to hire an experienced Digital Workplace Product Owner (Senior Manager) to drive the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of their End User Computing (EUC) and Digital Workplace Services (DWS) offering.


This is a senior role focused on shaping the digital employee experience, owning the product lifecycle, and ensuring modern workplace technologies are aligned with business needs. You’ll work across technical and business teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-centric solutions.


This position is well suited to a Product Owner with deep technical expertise in EUC environments and a strong track record of delivering modern workplace solutions at scale.


Your Role & Responsibilities:
*Own the Digital Workplace product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across EUC and DWS
*Lead the development and continuous improvement of client device and workplace technologies
*Collaborate with stakeholders to define product vision, priorities, and success metrics
*Ensure alignment between business needs and technical delivery across the product lifecycle
*Oversee implementation and optimisation of modern workplace tools and platforms
*Drive improvements in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and end-user satisfaction


Key Experience & Skills:
*Proven Product Management experience within Digital Workplace / EUC / DWS
*Strong knowledge of client device technologies and architecture
*Expertise in Intune, AVD, Application Packaging, and MDM
*Good working knowledge of Azure, Microsoft 365, DevOps, SQL, and Power Platform (PowerApps)
*Extensive experience delivering and supporting EUC/DWS solutions
*Strong understanding of Entra ID and Purview
