A boutique wealth management firm with a strong reputation in Brighton is looking for an ambitious, Diploma-qualified Junior Financial Advisor ready to make the leap from paraplanning into a genuine client-facing advisory career.
This is a rare opportunity to join a firm that’s serious about developing its people — offering real exposure to high-net-worth clients from day one, within an environment that’s ethical, collaborative and genuinely client-first.
The Role
*Support the delivery of holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, tax and estate planning
*Attend client meetings and progressively take on full advisory responsibilities as your confidence and client relationships grow
*Leverage your technical expertise to research solutions and produce high-quality suitability reports
*Work alongside experienced senior advisers and a supportive wider team to deliver outstanding client outcomes
About You
*Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning as a minimum
*Solid paraplanning experience within an IFA or financial planning firm
*Genuine ambition to build your own client relationships and grow into a Senior Wealth Planner
*Polished communication skills and a natural client-first approach
What’s On Offer
*Salary up to £50,000 depending on experience
*A clear, structured pathway to Senior Wealth Planner
*Study support toward Chartered status
*Access to an established, warm client base with referral opportunities
*A culture where your development is taken seriously
