Job Description:
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded legal practice with a strong reputation for client care and technical excellence. This role will be based across the Crossgates and Chapel Allerton offices, supporting a busy and growing family law team.
The Role
You will be responsible for developing and managing your own caseload of privately funded family law matters, including:
*Divorce and financial remedy matters
*Separation
*Nuptial agreements
*Children arrangements
*Domestic violence cases
This position is ideally suited to an established solicitor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident handling complex matters independently.
Key Responsibilities
*Running a full caseload of client matters
*Managing cases from initial instruction through to conclusion
*Drafting statements, applications and court pleadings
*Handling new client enquiries and onboarding
*Advising clients clearly and effectively
*Representing clients at court, including advocacy where appropriate
*Preparing and managing file documentation
*Supporting billing processes and recovery of fees
*Instructing counsel and experts where required
