*Salary: £30K Basic + Uncapped Commission

We’re working with a well-established, local brokerage based in Crawley. They’ve built a strong reputation in the area by offering tailored, straightforward advice and supporting clients across the full mortgage and protection journey.
Due to continued growth, they’re now looking to bring in a Mortgage & Protection Adviser to join the team.
The RoleYou’ll be working with a steady flow of clients across a wide range of scenarios, including:
*First-time buyers
*Home movers
*Buy-to-let
*Help to Buy and affordable housing schemes
Day-to-day, you’ll:
*Advise on mortgages and protection products
*Manage cases from initial enquiry through to completion
*Build long-term client relationships through a personalised approach
*Liaise with lenders, solicitors, and internal teams
*Deliver clear, compliant, and client-focused advice
What They’re Looking For*CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
*Experience advising on mortgages and protection
*Comfortable working in an office-based environment
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Motivated by earning potential and delivering good client outcomes
What’s On Offer*£30,000 basic salary
