Job Description:
Civil Litigation Lawyer
Rate: £45-£55 per hour - Negotiable DOE
Contract Length: 3-6-month initial contract

Key Responsibilities
*Manage a varied caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish.
*Conduct advocacy in court and tribunals where required.
*Draft key legal documents including pleadings, witness statements and settlement agreements.
About You
*Be a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX in England & Wales.
*Have strong experience handling civil litigation matters within a local authority or similar environment.
*Demonstrate excellent knowledge of civil procedure and court processes.
