Speech and Language Therapist – Make a Real Impact in SchoolsLocation: Ilford
Contract: Full-time / Part-time / Flexible

What you’ll be doingNo two days look the same, and that’s part of the magic.
*Supporting pupils with speech, language, and communication needs
*Working 1:1 or in small groups to build confidence and skills
*Collaborating with teachers, SENCOs, and support staff
*Creating tailored therapy plans that actually work in a classroom setting
*Helping children feel heard, understood, and ready to learn
What schools are looking for*A qualified Speech and Language Therapist (HCPC registered or equivalent)
*Experience working with children, ideally in school or SEND settings
*A calm, patient approach with a good sense of humour (you’ll need it!)
*Someone who can build trust quickly, with pupils and staff alike
*A genuine passion for helping every child reach their potential
