Consultant Ecologist
Salary: £29,000 - £35,000
Location: Cardiff
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Consultant Ecologist to join a forward-thinking ecological consultancy based in Cardiff. This growing organisation is recognised for delivering high-quality environmental services across a varied project portfolio and is committed to supporting employee development within a collaborative team environment.
As a Consultant Ecologist, you will play a key role in delivering projects from initial site surveys through to final reporting, working with a diverse range of clients across both the public and private sectors.
Benefits:

Responsibilities:
*Conducting habitat assessments and protected species surveys
*Writing and contributing to a range of ecological reports
*Assisting with Ecological Impact Assessments (EcIA)
*Supporting Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) delivery and strategy
*Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders
About you:
*Degree-qualified in Ecology or a related field
*Holds a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle
*Based in or able to commute to Cardiff
*Eligible to work in the UK without restriction
