DATA ANALYST / BI ANALYST (POWER BI) – North West London
We’re working with a growing, Microsoft-focused technology business investing heavily in data, reporting, and AI. As part of this growth, they are looking for a Data Analyst to play a key role in shaping how data is used across the organisation.
This is not a back-office reporting role. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across multiple business areas, helping them understand and use data more effectively.
THE ROLE
*Build and develop Power BI dashboards and reports
*Work directly with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver insights
*Help move the business from ad hoc reporting to scalable, structured analytics
*Support migration from legacy reporting (SSRS) to a modern Azure-based environment
*Contribute to improving data quality, accessibility, and usability
TECH STACK
*Power BI (core focus)
*SQL / SQL Server
*SSRS (legacy exposure)
*Azure / Microsoft ecosystem
WHAT THEY’RE LOOKING FOR
*Strong experience with Power BI (dashboards, DAX, data modelling)
*Confident working with stakeholders across the business
*Solid SQL skills
*Experience with SSRS or legacy reporting tools is beneficial
*Someone proactive with a high-agency mindset who can take ownership
